Sea Lamprey are slime-covered parasitic predators that have invaded the Great Lakes! So, Sea Lamprey are a threat to fish.. but do they pose a threat to humans?! Smoked on juniper tree coniferous, delicious, so good to eat. My grandfather was fishing them far up in the norhtern Sweden (Torneå älv) when I was a boy 40 years ago, and we let them suck on all fingers for fun. :-)

We humans have it pretty lucky. Sharks don’t react to human blood, only fish blood Piranhas don’t really swarm and attack humans in water Lampreys rarely swarm and latch onto humans Can you think of any other animal that is evolved to kill but for odd reason don’t attack humans?
